Our latest “Is She Hot?” contest winner on display is Gina, who was better known to Savvy readers as “Arianna” when they voted her the top honors last November. It was easy to fall in love with this slender blonde from Chicago. Her physique earned her the nickname “Gbones”

Whatever you call her, she’s red hot. Her family mix includes Italian, Norwegian, Pennsylvanian Dutch, and Swedish.

She calls herself a “late bloomer” who was very shy as a child. “I never wanted to talk to anyone. But when I got into high school, I became miss social butterfly,” she said.

She said she is still a big tomboy, loving to work on cars, skydive, ride motorcycles, re-wire electrical outlets, remodel and paint houses. She loves to fix anything that is broken. And yes, boys, she loves getting greasy.

There are no bones about Gbones. This is a tough, no nonsense girl with lots of street savvy working for her. She’s not the kind of girl to mess with, and winning her heart is no small feat.

She talked to Savvy about the nature of physical attraction, cheating boyfriends and kicking ass...

Savvy: Hey there.

Gina: Hello Savvy.

Savvy: Let’s get right to it. I wanted to ask you about being a beautiful woman; if you ever use your looks or flirt to get ahead in the world?

Gina: Sometimes it’s good to use flirtation to get what you want in life. I flirt all the time to get my way or get out of trouble. I really wouldn’t want a guy to think that he could sleep with me, though, because that could just lead to trouble.

Savvy: Have you ever let a guy buy you a drink even though he never stood a chance of scoring?

Gina: Yes. (Laughs) To be honest, we all have done it one way or another in our lives. Most women do not feel as though it is necessary to have a conversation with a guy who buys them a drink, but it’s always nice to say “Thank you”.

Savvy: Yes, that does lessen the sting. How do you let guys down? Nice and gentle or full-out mean?

Gina: Normally I would just tell a guy I’m not attracted to that I have a boyfriend. It’s not a big deal to ask someone out. I’ve asked a guy out, and it’s not a big deal.

Savvy: Are you a high maintenance kind of gal?

Gina: I wouldn’t consider myself high maintenance. But I do like having nice things. If I can have them, I will find a way.

Savvy: Are you a jealous type?

Gina: Not usually. If a man doesn't want me for me then he is the one who is losing out. I am very confident with myself.

Savvy: Even if your guy went to a strip club and left you at home?

Gina: Nah, I don’t care. I’m very confident with myself to where it does not bother me. I used to be a waitress in a strip club so that part of life I’m used to. I still go myself sometimes to visit friends or have a drink.

Savvy: It’s probably more likely that a guy visiting a strip club might fall into the category of a “bad boy”. Do you have a thing for those guys?

Gina: I think the “bad but” syndrome is basically the fact that they are a challenge. I can only speak for myself, but it seems as though we date these guys that think they are the shit and we, for some awful reason, seem to be attracted to that and think they are a challenge. Once we succeed, the game is over.

Savvy: So the guys like that are fun to play with while the nice guys provide security? Is that what you’re saying?

Gina: The nice guy will always be there. It’s the bad boys you try and train to change. I don’t go for that any more as I’ve grown out of that stage in my life and realized that you tend to get hurt way too many times.

Savvy: When did a guy hurt you?

Gina: Well, several of my ex’s are my best friends now. But one time I found out this guy I dated for a year met someone else on New Year’s and by Valentine’s Day, I was told that she was at his house with him. So my girlfriend and I went there and broke in the house and kicked in his bedroom door.

Savvy: NO! You caught him?

Gina: He was in bed with her. It’s a very long story with a horrible ending. I found out that he was running from the law on a rape charge and had two children from two different girls. He wasn’t even who he said he was. He used a fake identity. It was unbelievable.

Savvy: Now THAT is a bad boy. Would you date a nice guy if he was committed to a long-term relationship but maybe sucked in bed?

Gina: (Laughs) If he wasn’t good in bed, then forget it. I would rather have a series of exciting, passionate affairs than a lifetime of bad sex.

Savvy: Are you dating now?

Gina: I’m in a wonderful relationship with someone who I consider to have the best of both worlds. He’s the “bad boy/nice guy” style. I met him over 7 years ago, and I just thought he was so cute. We did not see each other for about two years, but I never stopped thinking of him. To make a long story short, we ran into each other again and we’ve been together ever since.

Savvy: You may have grown up some, but are you still a wild child inside there somewhere?

Gina: Oh, I definitely have a rebellious side. I’m very spontaneous. If someone tries to tell me I can’t do something, I will do everything in my power just to prove that I can. I skydive, ride motorcycles, anything with thrill I love. I used to be a club dancer for several years downtown, so I would always be in some sort of party atmosphere.

Savvy: Downtown can be a rough place for a tiny girl like you. Have you ever kicked anybody’s ass?

Gina: Yes, way back in junior high and high school. My first fight was with a girl in the 7th grade. She was bigger than me, but it was a great fight I would say it was even my parents were so proud of me. My brother is a kickboxer so I was always used to being pushed around by him. He used to use me as his human punching bag. I love to watch Ultimate Fighting. I come from a military family.

Savvy: Did that give you something to rebel against?

Gina: You had to be on your best behavior and always answer with "Yes Sir" or "No Sir".

Savvy: I’ll pass on that. Do you ever look at yourself in the mirror and just gaze and ponder how hot you look?

Gina: I have always described myself as “cute”, but, of course, everyone looks in the mirror every once in a while and thinks they are hot. Especially when you have a group of girls together getting ready for the night on the town...

Savvy: Like a Barbie Doll I want to take home and undress.

Gina: My mother is gorgeous as well as my sister and the rest of the ladies in my family.

Savvy: Invite me to the next reunion. Back to relationships for a minute. What’s the best way for a guy to perk your interest?

Gina: As long as he’s himself and isn’t trying to be someone he’s not, I like a man who is real and confident with himself.

Savvy: So I guess you aren’t a fan of pick-up lines?

Gina: They’re so 80s! If a guy knows who he is, he wouldn’t need to use a pick-up line. Somewhere along the way, the simple word “hello” disappeared.

Savvy: Do you see yourself doing the whole family thing eventually?

Gina: It is very important for me to have a family. Not all women want to be married. It isn’t important to them. But I would love to have children. And I do believe in finding a soul mate.

Savvy: What sort of guy does it for you?

Gina: How do you mean?

Savvy: Describe the kind of guy you might sleep with if you were single.

Gina: Hmmm. I like guys tall with dark hair, blue eyes, white teeth and a nice physique. I love a man’s stomach and his bum. I love a man who has abs but also a man who fills the back of his jeans also. I have to admit though, most of the guys I do tend to attract are the bad boy types with lots of muscles. For whatever reason, that is a total turn-on. Yummie!

Savvy: I don’t know about rock hard abs but I can definitely fill the back of my jeans. (Laughs)

Gina: I love guys with piercings. It’s a turn on in a strange kind of way.

Savvy: Note to Savvy readers, put down the hole punchers. She’s in a serious relationship!

Gina: (Laughs) If I were single, I might date an older guy, but not, like, 20 years old. Maybe 10 years older than I am. Age is only a number to me. (Laughs) You know, I am a pretty tough cookie to snag in the bed. When I am ready to have sex, I let you know. A girl has to make him wait just to see how long he’s willing to hang in there. Then that shows just how much he really likes you.

Savvy: When relationships end badly, as many do, are you more likely to be the one who breaks up with him or vice versa?

Gina: If I were unhappy in a relationship, I would have no problem telling someone where to go.

Savvy: Do you believe in premarital sex?

Gina: It’s unrealistic these days for most women to remain virgins until their wedding night. As sad as it sounds, that is unrealistic these days. Everywhere you look now, everybody is promoting sex somehow someway.

Savvy: Speaking of sexy stuff, since you’ve worked in a strip club before, what do you think about dancers or women in general getting fake breasts?

Gina: Obviously I have no problem with it. I had my breasts done. But it really depends on the person. For me, it was spontaneous. I was really bored one day with a girlfriend of mine. I went with her to a doctor’s consultation for the fun of it. I ended up making an appointment for the next day. (Touches her breasts) And they have been here ever since.

Savvy: What about surgery to your face or botox injections?

Gina: Botox? No problem when that time comes. A scalpel? No thanks. That doesn’t interest me. I am a licensed cosmetologist and certified in microderm abrasion, chemical peels, electro-coagulation. I’m in the process of going to nursing school.

Savvy: Oh, so that stuff is all academic to you. Is your dream is to be a nurse and give me sponge baths?

Gina: (Laughs) That sounds kind of kinky. When do we start?

Savvy: Tell me something sexy about yourself.

Gina: I sleep naked.

Savvy: Okay, that’s good. Can I ask you some more of those infamous Savvy interview questions?

Gina: Fire away.

Savvy: (Grins) This is the good part. What music do you listen to when you do it?

Gina: For me, it would have to be R&B.

Savvy: What can guys reading this article do to give their women the “best sex” they’ve ever had?

Gina: Honestly, every relationship is different. I like it when a man puts me first instead of himself, meaning I love it when a man waits to please me first before pleasing himself. That shows he’s not selfish and wants me to feel good also.

Savvy: From your experiences, do guys know what they are doing in that capacity or did Momma not teach them how to go down on a girl?

Gina: (Laughs) Some men do know how to please a woman but the majority does not.

Savvy: Ever fake your orgasms?

Gina: I would fake it if it came down to it, but truthfully, if I am not in the mood, don’t even try. You will get nowhere.

Savvy: Ever been in the mood for lady lovin’?

Gina: I would never consider being with a woman. I have no problem kissing one, but anything beyond that doesn’t thrill me.

Savvy: In your fantasy celebrity foursome, who would be the second guy and the second girl?

Gina: Oh, I think Matthew McConaughey is hot. And female would have to be Angelina Jolie.

Savvy: What time of day do you prefer to get busy?

Gina: Morning sex? Forget about it! Night time.

Savvy: How did you hear about the Savvy contest and how did it feel to win it?

Gina: Honestly, I can’t remember how I found out about Savvy. I know I was in the contest for several months and met some wonderful people. I still keep in contact with them, and they’ve continue to support me ever since. I want to be able to give the people what they have been e-mailing about for months now, what they want to see. I have shot these pictures that THEY requested from me, so I hope they are satisfied.

Savvy: Never. Tell me about your photo shoot with Don Bersano.

Gina: It was wonderful. Don is an amazing photographer from my home town, and the shoot went well. He is one of the only photographers that I continue to work with over and over again. His work is amazing and he puts so much time into producing the perfect picture. The location at the Sapphire Club in Joliet was great. I’d love to thank everyone who helped me with my shoot and all the people that allowed me to use their club. I’ve had great support.

Savvy: What advice would you give other models?

Gina: To models in general, be careful of everything you do. Do your research! There are always people out there pretending to be someone they are not. Get references as well. Make sure your jobs you land are what they say they are. Besides all that, have fun with what you do and love the fact that you are beautiful and you can model.

Savvy: Of all the places you’ve traveled as a model, what’s your favorite?

Gina: The best time was Cabo San Lucas.

Savvy: Sweet. How would you say you’ve changed as a woman?

Gina: I have become more responsible on this thing called “life”. I packed up everything I owned and moved to the west coast with no job and only enough money to get me there. But it was definitely worth it because it made me the person I am today. I am very strong and not afraid to take on new challenges that come my way. Today, I am not living for the moment anymore but thinking more of my future.

Savvy: Let’s hope that future includes lots more sexy photos and lots of luck in life and love. Thanks for the interview.

Gina: You are most welcome.
