Think of Blakeley Shea as our Christmas present to you. What did you get us this year?

This Southern stunner got her start in modeling while waiting tables at a North Carolina Hooter’s restaurant in 2004.

“I was Miss May in the 2004 Hooter’s calendar,” she said. “I went on tour for 3 months and loved it, so I decided to branch off from there. And here I am today – featured in Savvy! I’m very thankful to Hooter’s for giving me the opportunity and opening tons of doors for me. I still work there. I’m probably one of the few who still do.”

She went on to become a cover girl for an edition of the Hooter’s magazine this year. Achievement is no stranger to Blakeley, who played as the setter and defense specialist on volleyball scholarship for two years, her team ranked among the nation’s best.

She took a moment to brighten our holidays with some chat...

Savvy: As much as I try to resist, I inevitably flirt with my waitress at Hooter’s. Do you get hit on a lot?

Blakeley:
It is so cliche, but yes.

Savvy:
And how do you react?

Blakeley:
Well, I just play the role, so to speak. I love the attention at times. I smile and give them my little look and the guys eat it up every time.

Savvy:
What’s your “little look”? Show me.

Blakeley:
(She gives a sexy expression)

Savvy:
Oh yeah, I’m eating that up. (Laughs)

Blakeley:
Can’t hurt my tips. Actually, guys never approach me. All you have to do is come talk to me, be yourself and have a normal conversation with me. Confidence is very important, but not cockiness.

Savvy:
You are good friends with Morgan Kennedy, who we featured last week. Do you two break hearts when you hit the clubs?

Blakeley:
Yes, we hang out and she’s very near and dear to my heart. She’s
my sweet pea.

Savvy:
Since it is Christmas this week, what do you want Santa to bring you?

Blakeley:
My real estate license would be nice in my stocking since I am taking my state exam right now. I’m bringing sexy back to real estate. I’d love an iPod Nano, M&Ms, MAC lipgloss, and some funny movies on DVD. And I wish I owned Victoria’s Secret’s closet!

Savvy:
So you wouldn’t get pissed if your boyfriend gave you lingerie?

Blakeley:
I absolutely love lingerie. It makes me feel so sexy and I know guys like it too! Modeling gives me a chance to sort of take on another character and explore a little with different lingerie.

Savvy:
Were you born this hot?

Blakeley:
(Laughs) No! I don’t know what happened. I woke up one day and puberty finally hit me.

Savvy:
The puberty fairy paid you a visit.

Blakeley:
I wasn’t flat chested at all, but I wanted bigger and better, baby! I would absolutely say that I was an ugly duckling. I’ve usually been in shape because I’m athletic. I love volleyball, but I don’t really play anymore except in the summer catching a sand game with some friends. I run almost every day, plus 3 days a week of light weight training, riding my mountain bike. On the weekends, my dancing skills seem to help out a lot! I try very hard to eat right. Not a lot of fast food for this girl.

Savvy:
You have a degree in broadcast journalism. Please tell me you want to be on TV.

Blakeley:
I’ve always loved being in front of the camera. I really enjoy the spotlight in small doses. I’d love to host shows. I just did an interview with WWE to see if I could become a diva. The whole experience was amazing and very interesting. Meeting John Cena had to be the highlight of the whole experience. I was literally speechless when I met him and kept thinking to myself ‘Say something, Blakeley! Don’t just stare at him!’ (Laughs) I don’t know whether I got the job yet, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Savvy:
What do people love about you when they get to know you?

Blakeley:
Friends tell me I’m not what they expected. They say my looks are intimidating, but when they get to know me, I’m just a down-to-earth girl. I’m unique simply because I’m me and there is no other Blakeley out there.

Savvy:
What do you do for fun?

Blakeley:
I like to ride dirt bikes, go dancing, modeling and hanging out with my close friends, just laughing and living life!

Savvy: What’s your kryptonite?

Blakeley:
I HATE scary movies! If I watch one, I swear I can’t sleep for days!

Savvy:
What sort of guy gets to cuddle with you during “Friday the 13th Part 82”?

Blakeley:

If he is taking me to bed every night, he is definitely special! I am looking to settle down, and I want to get married one day, but I’m just afraid that there’s no one out there that can put up with me.

Savvy:
Why is that? Do your feet smell funky or something?

Blakeley:
(Laughs) No. I’m just high maintenance because I know what I want and won’t settle for anything less! I have very high standards. Money isn’t an object but stability is. I want someone with a sense of humor, a great smile, who takes care of himself mentally and physically, and being well-endowed is a definite bonus! (Laughs)

Savvy:
So size does matter?

Blakeley:
Well, I’ve never really had a ruler in the bedroom to measure, but if it looks like it would hurt, more than likely it will.

Savvy:
Is there a spot on your body that gets you hot if touched or nibbled?

Blakeley:
My neck! Oh my God! I have goose bumps now just thinking about it.

Savvy:
What else turns you on?

Blakeley:
A beautiful smile, a nice body and fresh breath. I also really like tattoos for some reason.

Savvy:
Ah, the bad boys. Tell us, why do nice guys finish last in love?

Blakeley:
I’m intrigued by the mystery of the bad boy image, but I love the nice guy persona. Some men have no mystery about them. When there’s something a girl can’t put her finger on, that’s such a turn-on. Let us find out things as they come -- don’t spill the beans on the first date.

Savvy:
Speaking of timing, how long does it take you to know whether you’ll
ever be intimate with a guy?

Blakeley:
I know within the first 5 minutes if I want to, but actually going through with it... You would have better odds in Vegas.

Savvy:
So no booty calls for you?

Blakeley:
Nope. I get too attached, unfortunately. I had one guy lie and pretend he loved me, although he didn’t get to tap it so he bounced.

Savvy:
Tap it? (Laughs) You’re funny. You look like you could be such a bad girl, but you’re telling us you’re just sweet?

Blakeley: I mean, I am open-minded to a certain extent, but no threesomes or anything.

Savvy:
Ok. Gotcha. How did you get your education on the ways of love?

Blakeley:
I learned a lot about sex through my first boyfriend, whom I lost the big V to. I think women look at sex as an opportunity for intimacy while men just sometimes want to get off.

Savvy:
Yeah, that’s about right. At least some of the time.

Blakeley:
When I am in a committed relationship and the feelings are mutual, I really enjoy sex. When the feelings are real, it is amazing.

Savvy:
You’re a romantic type?

Blakeley:
I am a hopeless romantic. If that means I’m cheesy, then I like it.

Savvy:
Give me an example of romantic gesture. What? Like taking out the trash? Holding your purse at the mall while you try on shoes?

Blakeley:
(Laughs) One boyfriend gave me a rose each month for the amount of time we were together. Two months meant two roses and so on.

Savvy:
Which, at some point, leads to a breakup unless the guy is either a florist or rich. (Laughs) What tips could you give Savvy readers to keep their women happy, even if they don’t look at hot as you?

Blakeley:
Treat her like a princess! I promise you the favor will be returned.

Savvy:
Good advice. What’s ahead for you in modeling?

Blakeley:
I’m shooting the Classic Curves calendar in Tahoe this month with Morgan Kennedy and Brooke Banx.

Savvy:
Whoa! Now that’s a trio I’d love to see.

Blakeley:
I know. (Laughs) Right. I love Brooke too. She’s become a good friend to me and has helped me out a lot, introducing me to photographers on the west coast and just putting my name out there. You should shoot us together too. Not for Savvy, so to speak, just for shits and giggles.

Savvy:
Now that’s a visual that will keep us warm and happy all winter long!
